I started as a cook at a Sonic location in San Angelo, Texas, while in college — and worked my way through nearly every position in the store. From there I moved through Crew Leader and Assistant Manager before becoming General Manager and Managing Partner of a Sonic location in Stephenville, Texas, where I was recognized as one of the top-performing stores in our franchise group for food cost and overall profitability.
That performance opened the door to a Supervisor role and eventually Director of Operations over a 48-location group. During that time I also served a full term on the Sonic Franchise Advisory Council, representing operator interests at the brand level.
I founded Curbside Analytics to bring that experience directly to Sonic franchise groups — every service we offer is built on three decades of doing the job, not studying it.
